Roasted Red Pepper Jam
We grow a lot of bell peppers at Canyon Bounty Farm for seed. In February 2009 we experimented in the production of a new product — roasted red pepper jam. Here is a snapshot of the day's adventure photographed by Jennifer Miller. These are Purple Beauty Peppers that have turned red.
Good friends showed up to peel roasted peppers at the University of Idaho Food Technology Center in Caldwell, ID.
