Roasted Red Pepper Jam

[Purple Beauty Peppers]We grow a lot of bell peppers at Canyon Bounty Farm for seed. In February 2009 we experimented in the production of a new product — roasted red pepper jam. Here is a snapshot of the day's adventure photographed by Jennifer Miller. These are Purple Beauty Peppers that have turned red.
